1. Don’t be a well rounded leader, be a leader of focus

If you’re like me and are really interested in hearing about a date about when we’ll reopen, Pastor Jarrod said it well in his letter to the congregation, that with the moving target that is the government's guidelines and dates, it is not helpful for us to put a date on things ourselves.

If you’re wondering what to do about the reopening information:
1. Lead together. There are people who will be excited for us to reopen and people who are bothered that we are even talking about it. Let us meet them where they are at, and love them. These are moments of leadership that will be remembered.
