Ep.194 Castor oil packs and different ways to use (cycling the packs, FAQ, myths, topically, skincare and more)
This past weekend I was in Miami with Queen of the Thrones for their practitioner retreat and not only had the best time diving into self care but also learning about all the ways that we can use the healing powers of castor oil, and not just the packs!
In today's episode we will dive into all the different ways we can use castor oil such as liver packs for detox, digestion, and bowel movement pelvic packs (for fertility + hormones), thyroid packs, for skincare to reduce wrinkles and improve skin conditions, use it with dry brushing or manual therapy like lymphatic drainage and so much more.
I also chat about the common myths around castor oil like that you "can't use it on your period", when to use it, when to not, can it be taken orally, and what to look for in a good brand.
