Think about the things you interact most with in your life. Your bed. Your office chair. Your shoes. Your coffee maker. Chances are high that an upgrade to these things could have a serious positive impact on your quality of life.

Do you have a hobby? With the busyness of life, it’s no surprise that most adults don’t. Here’s why I think they’re so important.

How do you know when you’ve landed a great job? Of course we all need money to pay the bills. But beyond that, how do you know if the job you’ve got is going to be fulfilling?

We all know what to do when it comes to Thanksgiving, Independence Day, or Thanksgiving. But how should we handle the smaller holidays? Even if you get a day off work, how should you celebrate or honor the purpose behind the day?

Is restaurant takeout the best thing or the worst thing ever? In a world of covid restrictions, parenting small kids, and busy schedules, many of us have been thankful for the ability to get our favorite restaurant meals for takeout. But after a few years of living this way, I’m starting to question if I still like it.

How do you make the most of your days off? Do you knock out your to-do list around the house? Do you focus on all things relaxation? Or is it a mix of both? What makes a good weekend for you?
