Snedaker then passes along some advice for anyone out there who would like to write their own health IT book. Next, we discuss what takeaway every CIO should take to heart from this book.



In the spirit of renovating healthcare IT, we then move on to the acceleration of AI in healthcare and discuss its impact on IT demand and what CIOs can do about it. Next, we talk about how to avoid ending up with 100 different AI applications in our organization. Then we debate on what are the biggest challenges CIOs are facing and try to come up with solutions for them. And with all of this acceleration in healthcare, we take a moment to speculate on how the role of CIO will shift and evolve in the next 10 years.
