Had my day of rest. It was boring, but I got to connect with family, friends and acquaintances. Sick of nightmares though.

Just got off about 10 hours of work. And now I have cash and no commitments tomorrow, so I’m worried about relapsing.

Cravings are getting less painful. But I think I’m getting burnt out.

I’m exhausted. Sober though, which is the main thing.

Nobody’s listening to this show. But it’s helping my life, so who cares.

Kinda boring episode, but I stayed sober, which is the main thing. That, and I realized I need to check my attitude toward rejection.
