Welcome to our one year focus on all things happiness! In this inaugural episode we talk about the origin of the phrase "Many Happy Returns", examine research on the origin of adulting, delve into what it means to be the hero of your own life, and generally try to dig a little deeper into what how self care creates happiness and meaning. Oh and we also give away a piece of art and make up a new word.
