My Name is Jess Jessica

Hey, my name is Jess and in this episode I go over why I am feeling so good lately. I feel that it is just as important to reflect and learn from your happy times as it is to learn and reflect from your sad times so that's what I do here. I talk about why I've been feeling better, what I am doing to continue on this upward spiral and I also talk a little about new revelations regarding my bad habits with guys and relationships.

Hey, in this episode I talk about how my friendships and relationships have gone in the past and how that has created a dilemma for me currently. I discuss whether or not I feel like I deserve love and what exactly it is about relationships that scares me so much. Thank you for listening and I hope future Jess can answer some of my questions.

I was feeling sad because I felt like I wasn't being the woman I wanted to be so I started recording to figure out my feelings. I ended up talking about a lot more, in fact, I barley addressed the woman I want to be but I feel a lot better now!
