As a sixteen year old female who has been struggling with an eating disorder for over a year now; I find your podcasts life-changing.
I just love how the community here is so peaceful and wise towards problems that us young women are facing on a daily basis. I haven’t gotten a 100% there but I am trying my best to mend and shape my mentality by you and your guests’ words in order to break through unrealistic and idealistic images of the sacred female body. I just love it so much in here, thank you.
