Hello, everyone. I’m thrilled to be here with you today. My name is Carla Kazan Berbary and I’m incredibly passionate about mental health. As a speaker and counsellor, my goal is to create a space where we can explore different topics together.
My journey into counselling and speaking stems from a deep desire to support people into ending their procrastination and believing that, whatever you are going through, is not a life sentence. I truly believe that every individual possesses incredible potential for growth and transformation, and I'm here to help navigate that journey.

Taking Men from Joe to hero

Taking Men from Joe to hero

In today's episode, Wayne Taylor talks about Average Joes where he discusses his 3M core values of masculinity, mentoring and mateship. The aim of these meetup groups is "to give men a voice and place back in society".

Wayne is a plumber by trade. In 2018 he moved from NSW to the Sunshine Coast where he met Eliot Kraus, the real estate agent. They clicked and started to have a beer and wings at the pub on weekly basis. They realised how much they were both looking forward to those meetings and decided to expand it to include other men. And the rest is history.

PS: Apologies but there is a section where Wayne's voice gets low for a few minutes.
