Rob Andrews is most know for his impact in many organizations from Fortune 500 to small businesses, but many don't know of his experience that led him to being an expert in leadership.

Rob completed an undergraduate degree in marketing and economics at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas, while managing the southwestern division for NCS in 1991, his graduate work in business at the University of Texas at Austin in 1996, and Leading Professional Service Firms Program at the Harvard Business School in 2007.

Prior to launching Allen Austin, Rob’s consulting experience included assignments as President of a national healthcare search firm, and EVP of two boutique generalist search firms. Rob is the author of High-Performance Human Capital Leadership and a widely respected consultant focused on what can best be described as “reinventing the search and selection process.”

A former top performing operator, Rob is a strategist, vision and human capital leadership aficionado and lends his passion for facilitating and building high performance teams to boards and CEOs worldwide. Rob has earned a reputation for being able to cause the good numbers to rise and the bad numbers to fall. His experience includes senior operating, marketing and administrative assignments with Kash n’ Karry Food Stores and National Convenience Stores with total P&L responsibility for enterprises with store count up to 516, revenues of up to $2.4 billion and headcount of 10,600. He also led major culture change, service excellence initiatives and major research in choreographing the customer’s shopping experience and extraordinary service excellence.

Based in Houston, Rob Andrews is Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Allen Austin, a leadership advisory and executive search firm. Rob leads Allen Austin’s global CEO, Consumer Packaged Goods & Durables Practice, and is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory, Private Equity, Industrial and Marketing Officer practices. Building on his earlier career experience as an operating president with major convenience store and supermarket chains, Rob conducts searches for board members, CEO and senior officers across a broad range of sectors. Retired US Navy SEAL Morgan Luttrell shares why he decided to run for US Congress, 8th District of Texas, growing up a 5th generation Texan in the small town of Willis, Tx alongside his twin brother Marcus. A lineage of veterans from all major war fronts behind him, raised in a humble beginning living a life with no silver spoon paving his way, Morgan had to fight countless obstacles with each goal he pursued.

Breaking his leg in several places while playing baseball at Sam Houston State University that delayed his entry into the Navy with his brother, he graduated with a bachelors in psychology. While serving as a SEAL officer of Team 5, he survived a tragic Blackhawk helicopter crash in a training exercise, breaking his back in 6 places and suffering a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). After spending nearly a year in a body cast going through physical therapy, he resumed his combat service not long after.

Retiring after 14 years of active service in the Navy, Morgan then gained his advanced degree in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience at the University of Texas at Dallas where Morgan went on to serve as Special Advisor at the Dept of Energy under Secretary Rick Perry (former governor of Texas), leading the creation of the Artificial Intelligence and Technologies Office.

Now as a small business owner headquartered in Montgomery County in Texas, married with two boys, Morgan has decided to put his hat in the ring and run for US Congress as seated congressman Kevin Brady announced his retirement after over 2 decades in office.

Eyes focused on making a difference for no more than 3 terms, aligning his actions with his belief of term limits, Morgan Luttrell is dedicated to taking his NO QUIT attitude and tenacity to enact change that benefits those in the community he is hoping to represent.

Retired US Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell openly shares how he became a SEAL after growing up running from fights and being a surprise twin.

As most know of his story as depicted in the book and movie, Lone Survivor, being the only member of his SEAL Team to survive Operation Red Wings in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005 left Marcus with a story only he can tell.
