    Tray is a Vietnamese old-fashioned traditional kitchen tool. In fact, the phrase “On the tray” is literally used as a metaphor implying table etiquette in Vietnam.

    In this episode, we’re giving you the relationship between “old tray” and “Vietnamese table manners”. We also mention the traditional and spiritual values of the tray on a daily basis. Finally, there are some profound Vietnamese proverbs, which are used to describe things happening around the tray at the end of the episode.
