Promise desperately needs a laptop to assist with her studies and assignments. Despite her parents' best efforts, the family cannot afford to buy one. -
Hot Cares empowers visually impaired students at Pioneer School with support for their Radio Academy
The Pioneer School caters for visually Impaired learners, deafblind learners and learners with multiple disabilities. Music teacher Quinten Pendle started the innovative Radio Academy at the school, aiming to transform lives by empowering visually impaired students through radio broadcasting.
This hands-on training enhances employability, boosts confidence, and promotes social integration. -
Hot Cares supports Khumba Ncila in the recovery and rehabilitation of abused puppy Hlayisa.
Khumba Ncila, an NPO near Sabi Sand Nature Reserve, recently rescued Hlayisa, a puppy left tied to a tree with severe wounds and signs of long-term abuse. Thanks to three brave young girls who reported his plight, Hlayisa is now on the road to recovery.
