CDs: growth fixed terms savings vehicle (known to diversify your investment portfolio as well).
P&E ratio: essential metric that lets you know how much you pay for a stock compared to how much your company is bringing in.
ROE (Return on Equity): how efficiently the business is generating profit.
Stock market order: buy or sell on a trading venue such as stock market, bond market, commodity, crypto currency and much more.
Limit order: buy or sell a stock at a specific price or better.
Stop limit order: two prices stop price or a limit price.
Market order: to buy or sell goes to the top of all pending orders and gets executed almost immediately.

E13: Everyday Habits of a Millionaire Parent

We’ve all fallen into bad habits in our lives that we try to redeem ourselves from everyday, such as eating out, not exercising, not spending enough time with our children, and so much more. We tend to use these habits as a crutch to avoid getting to the next level in life, because we feel that we have to be perfect in all that we do! But if we continue to have this personal belief, we can never see our full potential and what we are capable of in our imperfections.

In this episode of Legacy Wealth Builder, we discuss the habits that millionaire parents have in order to remain successful in their businesses and have a well operated household, in spite of their busy life.

E11: How to Spark a Conversation with Kids About Money

E11: How to Spark a Conversation with Kids About Money

In this episode of Legacy Wealth Builder, we discuss ways that can be helpful in sparking a conversation with your children about money. Talking about money values to your children can be a bit terrifying, especially when you don't know where to start. The best advice I have to give parents is to create a narrative in order for your children to better comprehend the scenario, and paint a picture in their mind so that it can be remembered.

Here's are the questions I reference to in today's podcast. Ask yourself these questions first, then relay them to your kids when you get the opportunity to talk to them about money:

What is one or two money memories you can remember as a child?
What did you learn from your mother about money?
What did you learn from your father about money?
How did these parental messages affect you growing up, and were they helpful? Why or why not?
What are some of your family stories about money when your immediate and extended family gets together?
What did you admire about your parents regarding what they did with their money?
