There are 2 master commands that the brain is wired with, how good enough you feel you are, and how worthy you feel you are. These commands form the overall algorithm of your brain, creating the neurological wiring that governs your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Not feeling worthy enough means you don’t feel special enough to receive love, this is often wired in early childhood. However, this can be trained out of someone and replaced with a much more powerful algorithm for self worth. For now, he’s a short visualisation to get you started.
