    Is it really ever “empowering” or are we just being complicit and perpetuating harmful beauty standards? Is it anti-feminist??? Can I still really boycott diet culture if I’ve had a nose job!!?!

    An interesting conversation with me (a wellness babe who *has* had plastic surgery) on the how it can be both a good choice, and a bad choice. I chat about how to be conscious of your intentions, how it may play a role in reducing self esteem, and how to navigate it all in your head.
