Super thankful

This is the only podcast that helped me to finally stop my awful overtraining and under-eating cycle. It educated me more about fitness, health! The only existing influencers who are not talking bullsh**. Super grateful for all the work that Lucy&Ben does. I listened to all episodes in one week and honestly it changed my life. Super happy about my change from ridiculous amount of hiit and 4 hours of training to weight lifting. Also I recommend you to check out mycoachschool! Their calorie calculator is the one who helped me to find balance in food and not be scared of it! ❤️ PLEASE do more episodes!!!! 🥰🤩
