Today we talk to Derek Miller, previously the executive director of Hope Springs, on a topic we don't hear much about: HIV in Baltimore. He shares with us some recent and unsettling statistics, and how we can help remove the stigma of being HIV positive.

There are two parts to this conversation: first we hear about their own backgrounds and the importance of telling our own story in order to see the dignity in others. The second part of the conversation goes into detail about what sex trafficking in Baltimore looks like and where it's happening.
