Benefits of having good learning attitude

My name is Sudarshan Jassani Purohit. I hail from a small but beautiful district jaisalmer (Rajasthan). I had my primary education (till 10th standard) from Kendriya vidhyalaya jaisalmer. My parents say that i have very inquisitive nature from birth. i try to question and find solution to everything around me, i think because of that i have good hunger for learning. I was good at maths and kota (hub of coaching classes) is not very far from jaisalmer so i started preparing for JEE in kota and fortunately cracked it with AIR of 308.

Jaisalmer is in the list of backward districts in india and cracking IIT where people know only about ITI was completely because of past good karmas.



​



I did my engineering in EE from IITM. In my 2nd year i went to pune for an internship. CEO in that company was earlier a prof at IITM. Working their i understood that i can utilize my full potential only if i run an organization. i will be taking my own decisions, will be working on many thing like technology, marketing , operations etc and obviously if it clicks i will have lot of money and fame. Having that in mind i attended many lectures from different entrepreneur and as soon as i came out of IIT i started my own company (Zenify.in which got sold to nestaway.com ) with my two friends. I had high will but no skills to run a company and then i started learning leadership. Read more than 70 books on leadership and strategies. Learning leadership has changed me as an individual. Actually leadership is about having good attitude and character. i was able to get rid of many of my mental problems like anger, jealousy, fear, indiscipline, negativity, selfishness etc. Because of the growth of my consciousness (which is leadership) i am more happy and successful individual.

Later i read autobiography of yogi (by paramhansa yoganada) and understood that if you grow your consciousness you have everything. As god is at highest consciousness and he has everything like that if we grow our consciousness we will have everything.
