For this Road to Diversity special episode we caught up with Christian May the organiser of Channel Islands Pride. Christian talked to us about how pride began as well as what Virtual Pride will look like on 21st of August and what is in store for virtual attendees! We also heard about Christian's personally journey and how senior openly gay senior civil servants are pushing the government of Jersey forward towards becoming a more inclusive workplace!

In this Mental Health special to mark Mental Health Awareness Week we've spoken with Andrew Le Seelleur of Thrive Jersey hearing about their work in the community learning about where it all began. Andrew spoke very candidly to us about his own experience and offered a window into some of the signs of declining mental health as well as offering his views on what we can do as a society more broadly.

In this episode of the IoD's Road to Diversity we spoke with Kate Wright the founder of the Diversity Network about her Journey to becoming "Jersey's Diversity and Inclusion Diva". Kate opens up about a social mobility initiative she was involved in for a firm in London and her realisation that even the most positive intentions can be marred by assumptions and bias. We also learn of the origin of her relationship with The Diversity Network and the work they are doing to push the D&I dial in Jersey forward.
