I am going to cover a range of topics throughout this podcast. I don't know that it is safe to say that this podcast has an identity right now. The overall plan for this podcast is the be an outlet for me to talk through, discuss, and improve on different aspects of my life, while also sharing my personal stories and experiences, as a simple guy in his 20s. I am a high school math teacher in Pennsylvania (USA). I love to be around the people I love to be around. I love talking about growing physically, mentally, and in other ways. Welcome! This is my first attempt (second really) at starting my own podcast. I was very excited, as you might be able to tell by my pace of talking. I think I have a lot of exciting information to share in this podcast including some bits from Atomic Habits, by James Clear, a bit of info from Higher Up podcast, with Michael Smoak, and some of my own insights.
