#49: 6 Simple Things We Do To Feel Good Again

#49: 6 Simple Things We Do To Feel Good Again

    Helloooo everyone,

It's been a minute! Took a little break but we are back for May beginning.

Me and Therese sat in a coffee shop talking on Saturday for 2 hours and reflected on how we were feeling. We realised that we had let simple things in our lives slide a bit like taking time for our mind, coming off our phones and being in the present moment, finding what really excites us and gives us purpose and a few other things.

So we recorded this to give you six simple things we do to make us feel good again.

I hope you enjoy the episode and if you do please feel free to share with a friend or family member, follow and rate the pod x

    #45: Helena Doris - International Women's Day Episode 3

Hellooo everyone, welcome back and welcome to Season 2 of Out Of Sight!

We just hit the one year mark last week so this is our first episode since then and the beginning of Season 2 of the pod.

This week we have one of my long term best friends Helena Doris on. Helena tells her story so well in this episode that I don't want to give too much away here...

But we recorded this on International Woman's Day and I genuinely couldn't think of a better gal to have spoke to on that day. Helena is amazing! I'm so proud of her and I know her story will inspire and help so many people.

Send her all the love after listening, she deserves it all!!

I hope you enjoy the episode and remember to share with a friend and family member who might need to hear this today.

    Thank you xx

Thank you all for listening so far and I hope you enjoy this episode. It's a fun one where I check in with myself on the past year and then ask myself some questions for future me in 2025.

    -Name

    -Age

    -Date

    -Location

    -Favourite podcast episode and why

-Biggest take away from the podcast

-How I have felt this year

    -What habits did I learn

-A guest I really want to have on

-What surprised me from the podcast

    -My proudest achievement

-What would I say to me a year ago
