The company culture can attract new employees and retain existing. The onflow will go into everyone’s family. When your people know they are valued and important many other good things happen. Seek first His Kingdom & Righteousness & all these things will be added.. it’s true

We can have the best systems, strategies and processes, but if the people are not fully interested, the business will be held back.

I was a Counsellor & trained long term unemployed people. In my experiences it was found that humour puts us into different mindsets, opens creative thinking & solutions increase.
