Men are often taught that asking for help is weak, to deal with it , man up, or figure it out.That way of going about things has men across the world struggling with anything from porn, drugs, alcohol, trauma, food, money, women, etc. When Robert got help after battling a 17 year drug addiction that ultimately led him to being homeless his whole life changed. He interviews men that have found themselves in dark places, got help, and transformed their lives. His purpose is to show men they aren't alone and what is possible when we break free from the chains that tie us down.
