Episode 1 - Knowing Your True Purpose
Welcome to my first ever podcast and to the first in my series on Building Resilience.
Have you noticed that as the seasons or time of day changes, often our moods do too? This can have an impact on our daily lives, including work.
When you lose your mojo, or feel it waning, it’s important to try to keep positive and focused on your daily goals. To do that successfully, you need to be resilient. Some people have resilience in bucket-loads, whilst others have to work at it … especially when our mojo gets up and leaves with a huff!
This podcast provides some straightforward guidance on nurturing and strengthening your resilience, helping you to achieve the success you deserve.
In this first of the series, I explain how you can reclaim your mojo – by remembering your ‘why’!
