This week we are working a little harder with a full sun salute practice to welcome in a vibrant energy! If you are a complete beginner, I would suggest you come back to this practice at a later stage when your body is more familiar with the yoga practice.

Tune in to your hips
This practice gently opens your hips. Please use folded blankets and/or blocks under your knees and hips if you have lower back issues and/or very tight hips

August New Moon practice
New moon is the time to rest and let go, and to create the space to plant new seeds for that which we wish for. Enjoy a gentle time on your mat, undoing.

Half sun salute and letting it all go
This practice takes us through a 10-minute half sun salute followed by a deep relaxation to let it all go, and re-integrate with ourselves. Perfect to end your day with
