Another podcast about Twin Peaks. Ours is good though.

We’re covering the episodes, the movie, the books, and we’ll do episode-long dives into individual themes and characters.

Remember, like Hawk said: it’s not about the bunny.

Is it about the bunny?

No, it’s not about the bunny.

    The Passion of Laura Palmer

    The Passion of Laura Palmer

We're back - we did promise! Our discussion of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me continues, and as we move past the FBI centered prologue it's nothing but Laura Laura Laura. Listen for a discussion on the major themes of the film, and the question of why this story was ultimately a necessary one - though maybe "necessary" is the wrong word to use. This is one of the rawest and most honest depictions of suffering in cinema history; you'll never get us to regret it was made. But why did Lynch feel he had to make it?

Spoilers for the entire run of Twin Peaks, on the small and big screen.

    She's My Mother's Sister's Girl - Part One

The gang is back with a discussion of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me - the often maligned film that is only recently being acknowledged as the true masterpiece it is. There's so much to say about this film that we recorded a session just on the first 30 minutes: the FBI section. And there was so much to say there that we split the discussion into two episodes! We start here with a conversation about what the mission statement of this film is, what it tells us about the story we know so far, and what the deal is with Lil, among other things.

Spoilers for the entire run of Twin Peaks, on the big and small screen.

    A Friend Like Ben

    A Friend Like Ben

We're back! We promised we would be. In the latest of our Twin Peaks character studies, we take a look at Ben Horne, and try to answer the most pressing questions: who does Ben Horne love? Who does Ben Horne vote for? And how does the remaking of Ben Horne reflect the unmaking of Twin Peaks itself?

Spoilers for the entire run of Twin Peaks.

    Her Log Does Not Judge

We're back, and this episode we're here to talk about perhaps the most Twin Peaks of Twin Peaks characters: Margaret Lanterman, aka The Log Lady. Who is she? What does she love? What does she want? How does she pay her bills? All of that and more in this discussion.

Spoilers for seasons one through three, along with the film. And spoilers for the Georgia Coffee commercials.
