James Stronge, PhD is the Heritage Professor of Education in the School of Education at William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia and the President and CEO of Stronge and Associates Educational Consulting. He has worked extensively with state departments of education, school districts, and national and international educational organizations to support teacher and leader effectiveness, and he presents and consults extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally.
