Get Off My Back Yohaann & Zach
-
- Society & Culture
In this poorly thought out and edited podcast you'll hear the ramblings of two young Bombay boys who happen to live overseas. The podcast can be whatever you want it to be. You really don't want to listen anyway, so just get off my back.

HoW's YOuR EnGLiSh gOoD?
Zach uses language to talk about Language, while Yohann makes incoherent noises (isn't that what language is anyway).
They chat about the many languages in India, the superiority of English and Hindi imposition on non-Hindi speaking states. They also chat about why Catholics can't speak Hindi, their IELTS experiences, AAVE (African-American Vernacular English) and how words are powerful.
This episode is not a linguistic adventure of South Asia (there's only so much we could cover in an hour), so get off our backs. -
Mumbai Underwater
Mumbai was originally a group of 7 islands. Now rising sea levels threaten the city's status as a one above sea-level. Yohaann & Zach chat to a fellow Mumbaikar - Meghana about her show 'Plan B/C/D/E' - a one-woman performance of what life will look like after sea takes over Mumbai. We also trash talk the coastal road project and how it's going to ruin biodiversity and livelihood. Our city is going under the Arabian sea, so cut us some slack and get off our backs!

Mumbai, Brisbane & Hobart
Yohaann & Zach go on a nostalgic trip of Mumbai food, friends and local trains. They appreciate the similarities and differences of Brisbane & Hobart to Mumbai as seen through the eyes of two Bombay boys in Australia.
This is an hour-long ramble disguised as a podcast episode, you probably shouldn't listen to it anyway. So get off their backs!
