    Gary House is a highly respected running coach, working with runners from all over the world. In this episode Gary tells us about how he started running and progressed from running up and down the Manchester canals to keep fit, to being a podium finisher over 24hrs.

In this episode we talk about Deans army career and subsequent reintrogration into the civilian world. Dean openly discusses his fitness career, steroid use and events which ultimately culminated in two failed suicide attempts. Dean speaks with brutal honesty about his diagnosis with PTSD and bipolar disorder. We talk in depth with Dean about how his own struggles with mental health have led to him dedicating his life to helping others improve their own mental and physical wellbeing.
