Life Changing Information

This podcast is simply life changing. I’ve been listening to Dr. Leaf since 2018, but recently subscribed to her podcast. It’s taught me how to set healthy boundaries, opened my eyes to the fact that I do struggle with disordered eating and given countless solutions to healing from trauma and how to rewire your thoughts! Thank you Dr. Leaf for this information you give out for free and also thanks to all the guests who join you! You are making people’s lives better. 🙌🏾
