And we reached the end of Season 2! Thank you for tuning in so far and we hope you have enjoyed Season 2 as much as we have enjoyed every second of recording it with our fabulous and inspirational guests. In this final episode, we will be discussing what Mentoring is and why everyone needs a Mentor (or three!). For those of you who doesn't yet have a mentor but considering of finding one, this Episode shares tips and guidance on identifying a Mentor, building an effective Mentoring relationship and how to get started. For those of you who already have Mentor(s), we will be sharing practical tips and advice to make the most of your Mentoring relationship(s).

In our penultimate episode of Season 2, we are joined by Anton Sutheja, an Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry whose career has led him to work in the various locations all over the globe, from Netherlands to Nigeria. Anton shared his reflections and experiences from his early career, including what he found as the most challenging and the most rewarding part of his journey and what drives him to continue pushing boundaries at every step of the way. In this episode, we are joined by Alia Hasyim, HR Business Partner/Recruiter, who took a U-turn in her career path to steer away from her 9-5 job to flexible hours. Doing this allows her to spend more time and energy in her passion and interest in holistic wellbeing, health and fitness. We reflect with her the importance of prioritising ourselves and our physical and mental wellbeing, as we work towards our aspirations.

Most of the time, this is a healthy sign that you have matured in your current role and it's time to progress and step up in your development and career. However, when you feel that there is a huge gap between your passion, dreams and value - and the reality of your role and career, then it is perhaps time to consider a career change. In this episode, we are joined by Giovanni Rastin Suryawan, an architect who made the bold move into the world of financial services. Join us as we reflect on how Gio's career move to financial services has actually brought him closer to his deep aspiration and vision of studying architecture.

To commemorate Kartini Day and celebrate women's emancipation in Indonesia, Duaspora invites you to re-think the word 'ambitious' and what it means to you and the society around you. Joined by Cinta Maulida, a career coach with great passion in self-development, we reflect on how Indonesian culture, values and social system forms our perception of being ambitious. We will also reflect on our experience and share our insights on being unapologetically ambitious, while still remain true to our values and passion and being mindful of the societal values around us.

As Indonesians, we grew up with certain values influenced by our family, social circle, education system, as well as Indonesian values. These in turn, developed into traits that we carry into our adulthood, and influence our approach to work and life in general. Some of these traits serve us, but many also hinder us in our career and self development and progression. In this episode, we will be joined by Vira Cania Arman, a young professional in the banking industry who started her career in Jakarta before moving abroad and pursuing a career in Netherlands.
