Learning to choose yourself is one of the hardest lessons that I am constantly learning over these past three months. With the rise of mental health awareness post in social media platforms, we see choosing yourselves as a common theme. Women specifically about 10.4% were almost twice as likely as were men who are 5.5% to have had depression. Another question is, How do you know you're choosing yourself?
