Help me On Some Bullsh*t

In recent times, there has been a rise in the awareness of mental health issues, and a lot of sensitization has been carried out. This episode is my own little, random drop in the ocean of ideas and thoughts. Join me as I try to define what depression is to me, and what has been done and how I handle it. Who knows?
