In today’s episode, I talk about why black lives matter. I vent a little bit and I talk a little bit about my personal experience and a challenge every listener to reevaluate their actions, their words, or the lack there of during this time of turmoil.

In this episode, I just want to talk about music a little bit and share a little music I created to express myself. Music has such a powerful influence on our lives and it is a universal language! Enjoy this little blast from the past as I talk about my City view as a young man.

In today’s episode I just wanted to share a little bit of poetry. These are just things that were on my mind and in my heart and I wanted to get them out. I never pretend to have the answers. In fact, in my poetry as well as in my life, I have accepted that I am not in control. I do, however, know the One who is.

She talked about her experiences during this process and even gives some advice to people who might be in similar situations. In this episode, I interviewed my wife to get her perspective about the mental health process we began in 2018. I asked some questions and allowed her to explain how she felt, how she coped, and how she was able to hold on to her faith even in times when she questioned the existence of God. This episode holds part one of the interview.

This episode will tell you a little bit more about my personal life, my wife’s mental health struggles, and how our struggles I’ve change my perspective. Although we are socially distanced that is no excuse to live in isolation.
