In this slightly shorter episode, I talk about the catalyst to starting this podcast: ending an unhealthy friendship. I also talk about whether it's better to be lonely or have friendships that might be toxic/unhealthy, and how hard it can be to set boundaries in relationships.

In this episode, I reflect on what it feels like having my podcast out there for all to hear. I also get into some complicated feelings about being on the internet— how it's equal parts freeing and anxiety-provoking— and why it's easy to tell strangers about the show but I still haven't told anyone I know irl.
