A podcast hosted by Renu Chopra to discover the depths of independence and learn from women bossing the game.
Being independent has always been a key goal of mine, wanting to explore, live and do things on my own terms. However, it can have a completely different meaning for other people.
So in this space, I sit and chat with various different women from entrepreneurs, mindset coaches to industry professionals, to uncover their career journeys, lessons learned and their meaning of independence.
From each EP I hope you can reflect and take away a few gems to add to your own journey.

Within weeks of launching in the UK, it’s spread to almost every city and town. From ages 20 to 86-years-old, women from all walks of life have found new friendships on the app. Some have even climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and even chosen to live together.
This conversation explores how the app was created, why friendship is so important today and navigating the world of tech as a woman.

Do you sometimes struggle feeling confident? Do you ever react to things, but are unsure sure why? Have you ever considered mindset coaching?
EPISODE 7 | PART 1
Earlier this year I began my journey with coaching, and to begin with, I was a bit unsure what it would entail. But, after months of work, I can say it's one of the best investments I made. I no longer look to others to make decisions, I know what my values are and ultimately I feel so much more confident.
In this episode, I sit down with my coach, Hattie MacAndrews to discuss all the questions when it comes to coaching. What is it? How does it work? What's the difference between coaching and therapy? How can you find the right coach?
Expect an episode leaving you feeling empowered and clued up on how you can gain control of your mindset and feel more confident.
