- Society & Culture
The multicultural youth program broadcasts the voices of a vibrant segment of the Canberra community who face many challenges. The voices are those of youth who have migrated to Canberra from a foreign country in difficult circumstances, and who are facing the many cultural and social challenges of adjusting to and integrating with the culture of their new home, combined with the everyday challenges facing adolescents, such as choices about values, education and questions about their identity and pathways for their future. Significantly, these youth are looking for ways to engage with and contribute to community life. We welcome feedback so feel free to email us your thoughts, questions and requests at 2xxmyradio@gmail.com.
