If one really wants to USE Mind and not to get USED by Mind, there is only and only one way - to realize “Who Am I”

Otherwise, usually we are the mind. So if you can know yourself beyond mind, you can use your mind the way you want.

I would suggest adding meditation to life. Start living a conscious life. To really understand what I am trying to say, watch the movie “Peaceful Warrior”.
