I wanted to begin the process of unraveling my experience with imposter syndrome. Ironically, I began recording this topic and ran into procrastination as a side effect of my own i.s. months ago. Therefore, this episode will have various parts and discuss aspects of environmental impacts that develop a social insecurity. Part one approaches the internal contexts of an individual.

Today I wanted to discuss the importance of letting go of people and situations that no longer serve you. Whether it be friendships, partners, or job opportunities we as humans need to discover our value when things don’t always play out how we had once hoped. I decided to dive into the controversial topic of celibacy as my first discussion. In this podcast I will be sharing my personal overviews and experiences in the celibate journey. This is simply to enlighten others of said lifestyle with no intentions of influencing and shaming those who do not partake in such behaviors.
