Learning to be alone can give you space to think about your feelings, ideas, hopes, problems, and experiences. It’s also a great opportunity to get to know yourself better and spend time resting and relaxing.

The key is you are going through, meaning you will come out on the other side as a changed person. Our most painful storms and our most shameful mistakes can turn into our greatest victories. Its these very situations and moments that can change our lives forever.

Speak to others in a manner you would want to be spoken to, hopefully, something positive and uplifting. Speak life into others just as you ought to be speaking life into yourself as well. Let’s not give those negative thoughts or words any ammunition, and let’s be careful about the words we use to express ourselves and to communicate with others.
