    Oladotun Ajayi is a graduate nurse and social entrepreneur from Oyo State in South-West Nigeria. As a University student, Oladotun stumbled upon LinkedIn, an online professional networking platform, and in a short time, he was surprised at the impact the platform had on his career.  Seeing how impactful the platform had been for him, Oladotun decided to introduce it to other young people whose careers and networks also stand a chance to be enhanced. In 2022, he co-founded students on LinkedIn, an organization that aims to introduce LinkedIn and its immense benefits to young people around the world. Since establishing students on LinkedIn, Oladotun and his team have had virtual and in-person training sessions with thousands of young people, and he also has won a number of awards and recognition for his work, including one special award that is consider the highest honor any young changemaker in the world can get.     Memory Tapela Banda is a young social entrepreneur from the southern African nation of Zambia. Growing up in her local community, Tapela became friends with two girls who were living with Albinism, and in the course of their friendship, Tapela witnessed first-hand, the intense discrimination and exclusion these girls suffered from their community. This encounter was one that would change Tapela's entire life as she could not understand why people would be treated differently because of a condition they were born with and couldn't control. In 2017, Tapela launched the Zambian Albinism Matter Organization, a group dedicated to safeguarding the rights and wellbeing of people living with Albinism. Six years later, the organization has done some truly remarkable things and continues to grow. Listen to Tapela's Story on the climb podcast.

Born to a hardworking single mother, Dr. Nicholas grew up facing serious financial difficulties that almost scuttled his dreams of becoming a doctor. But against the odds, Nicholas made it through medical school, and today, beyond being a doctor, he has also dedicated himself to help educate young people about teenage pregnancy, STD's, depression, and other youth related health issues.
