The month of June is very iconic in the Philippines as this symbolizes freedom from oppressors, independence from conquerors, and a mark of having our own, recognized identity separate from all the others. Yet June has also become iconic worldwide as this month has been used to symbolize the acceptance of our friends and families in the LGBTQ community. But regardless, you can tell that June has been a month of freedom (in whatever metaphor). Hence for this episode, we will be talking about freedom in different aspects and scenarios!
