Ren Brown just broke the 400mH record and eyes to run even faster to earn an auto qualifier for the Olympic Trials. Her performance surprised her but credits her big jump but overcoming her fear of going over the hurdles.

Grace Alley came back for her fifth year. She wanted to go out with a bang and help her team. She's doing just that. She talks about the emotional toll of the crash after winning a national title and how she gets herself back in the mindset to compete.

Lauren Jarrett is looking forward to facing off against great competition. She sits third All-Time and credits her improvement to figuring things out. She burst onto the season last year as the runner-up but feels confident this year to take home the title.
