This is a real-life reflection of how Jyoti Sharma, a survivor of domestic violence, rose to thrive through the path of Self Love.

During a vulnerable period in her life more than 8 years ago, Jyoti was in a relationship which turned abusive. She experienced financial, emotional and physical abuse. Eight years on, Jyoti has transformed her life. Although facing many challenges, she was successfully able to rebuild herself.

She also went on to develop a business, overcome the financial debt she was left with and, more importantly, live life without fear.

This is the first time Jyoti speaks about her experience on a public platform with the hope that it will encourage other survivors of domestic violence to believe they can rebuild their lives and be free of fear.
