Fall '99 hits the ground running! Phish opens tour in Vancouver, Canada, and 9-9-1999 is my third favorite show of the whole tour. FWIW, I rank 9-12 in Portland first, and 9-14 in Boise second. Pretty impressive for the first week of a tour, eh? Jams from Mozambique, Stash, Ghost, Tweezer, and YEM are included in this episode.
