Today I share some of my favorite Culinary YouTube channels,  I like to watch a little about them and, why I like to watch them. 

This episode is on culinary terminology once you know and don't know the name of. ones you never do and don't need a name for and some of you might hear in a restaurant on your next outing so if you're interested listen to this episode and learn something new or just freshen up your knowledge. 

This week I want to congratulate my mother for graduating with her bachelor's in Criminal Justice, from Rutgers Newark New Jersey so we did a podcast together it was fun, Lively, and very thought-provoking tune in to listen

Since it seems to be birthday season at least in my family we talked about how people celebrate birthdays across the world different birthday foods and treats different types of birthday traditions so if you're interested give this episode listing I also talked about some of the cakes I made the past couple of weeks, some birthday cakes and graduation cakes and just catching you guys up on what I've done.

I will be continuing my regularly scheduled culinary topics next week but I will like to say that I had so much fun doing my collaboration May getting to work with other people has helped me relax a bit when it comes to doing my podcast. if you're interested in hearing some of the other collaborations listen to the previous three weeks of the podcast plus the one bonus episode I would like to thank all my guests from this month and hope to do it again next May!! 



PST....here's a bit of a secret they're still one collaboration that I'm super looking forward to that might not be out for a while so stick around and listen to it when it comes out!
