Nadia Liu Spellman, with the guidance of Chinese Restaurant "Power Parents" draws from her experiences growing up to introduce classic cuisines to new audiences in the suburban town where she grew up.  A passionate restaurant owner who blends contemporary concepts of branding and casual dining experience with classical asian culture, Nadia is part of a new generation of Asian Cuisine Innovators.

Two Asian American University of Connecticut professional graduates take a big leap of faith to bring their unique interpretation of Far Eastern cuisines to Boston's Food scene.  Co-Owner, Ron Liu, walks us through his experience from a white-collar young professional to a restaurant innovator.
