Greetings in the matchless name is Jesus Christ. My name is Chaplain Turner formally of the Juvinile Justice Comminsion of New Jersey. I am a former 30 year resident of both West Philadelphia and Camden, NJ as well as a graduate of the First degree granting Historically Black College or University (HBCU), Lincoln University of Lincoln University, PA. I earned a Master of Human Services with a concentration in counseling in 2010, while attending LU and since I have been working in the mental health field. My mission is to comfort as well as encourage my Black brothers and sisters to reconnect with Jesus Christ and His church despite it all.
