Energetic alignment is so much more important than speed or how hard you work. And you can tell if you are in alignment because you feel calm, content, happy… you feel like you’re in flow.
Pushing yourself beyond your limits, forcing things to happen, creating impossible schedules for yourself… these are all signs that you are probably being driven by fear rather than flow.
