    This podcast was set up for the sole reason of documenting my own personal journey working in the fitness industry and my own life in general.

    I have worked in the fitness industry for the past 12 years, not counting my time spent as a semi-professional basketball player, within Europe and South America. For the past four to five years, I have been running my own fitness studies in Brighton, East Sussex and now in East London. My aimbition with this podcast is to expand on my own understanding and absorb as much knowledge as I can from other professionals and guests which I find to be interesting.
